Being
alone in silence, especially outdoors, allows one space and time for quiet
meditation.
In this day and age of cell phones and tv, it is hard to really be alone.
However, the time spent meditating is definitely well spent. It gives
a person a sense of peace and of being centered in a very busy world.
The Native Americans, along with the Buddhists and Christians, understood
the importance of meditation. |
